Alfred house consists of 2 units – This unit is a self contained private apartment. You will also have access to our shared backyard, barn and exercise room.

You have your own A/C and heat controlled by a thermostat on the 2nd floor.

Parking is on the right side of the driveway.

Please enter at the side door only and use the code lock to enter. The code will be provided to you prior to arrival.

This property is a duplex and the yard, barn and shed is a shared space.

Please be considerate and respectful of the neighbors.

Garbage and Recycling collection alternates weeks and is on Wednesday morning (early).

Check in is at 3-4pm and checkout is at 11am on the day of departure.

Please leave the house tidy, dishes washed, and dirty linens placed beside the washing machine.
