Alfred house is the original farm house of the area. Built in the 1800’s this main floor unit has just undergone an extensive renovation maintaining it’s charm with todays comforts. Minutes to Hwy 400, Barrie waterfront and the downtown core. Everything is close by!

The space
Although Alfred house has been updated the decor maintains a nod to it roots. With old school charm and period accurate pieces.
Guest Access
Guests will have a key in our ‘key bowl’ by the front door. With this key you can access the shared barn and shed. The shed has a workout space for those who want to get a good workout in and the Barn has a pool table, ping pong table and many more games for some fun.
Other things to note
This 2 bedroom is handicap friendly. The bath has plenty of accessibility handles and everything is on one floor level.
