The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.
As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. The unit is located in one of the town’s best areas, however such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control
